"The manager and two other people were very, very kind, even when solving a problem that wasn’t their fault. Just because of that, I’m giving 5 stars. From the moment I ordered the food, they were polite and courteous. But the woman who prepares the sandwiches and bagels is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She messed up the order twice and still got angry, slamming it on the counter, that’s how annoyed she looked. But still, even though it wasn’t the manager’s fault, they tried to fix everything with the same great attitude they already had."
